After receiving your blanket, you have 30 nights to fall in love with it. And if you don't notice a positive improvement in your sleep quality or well-being, you can return your LEVIA order within the #SLEEPEASY-Guarantee. 

The return period begins when you receive your LEVIA order.

No problem, please fill out our return form. This is the only way we can correctly process and refund your return.

How does the return work?

Once you have completed our returns form, we will send you all the information you need to return your order. Please do not send your package until we have replied to your message. 

Who pays the costs of the return shipment?

For orders from Germany & Europe we ask you to pay the return shipping costs yourself.

I would like to exchange a LEVIA product

We will be happy to do so - simply fill out our exchange form. We will take care of all further steps. 

How does the exchange work?

Once you have completed our exchange form, we will send you all the information you need to return your order. Please do not send your package until we have replied to your message. 

Who pays the costs for the exchange?

If you want to try a different weight, we will send you an "exchange blanket" free of charge. If you want to keep it, we will pay the costs for returning your "old blanket" - otherwise the same conditions apply as for returning your LEVIA order.
